2018 Anji bai cha comes from natural, pesticide free garden and it’s truly amazing. Well selected leaves, refreshing, juicy, oily liquor full of grassy and vegetal notes with hint of pleasant umami.
It’s not too smooth kind of green tea, if you make longer infusions, the pleasant balanced bitterness will appear.
