This is tea is amazing because of few reasons. Let’s imagine the small growers group in Darjeeling who have very tiny and 100% organic gardens (with even no name!) and only one small factory they produce tea in. During last years the growers were selling all the raw leaves to another factories but few years ago they started to produce their own tea (mainly first flush and second flush). First batches I tasted 3 years ago were just good, not amazing but after long time of developing production methods, 2018 first flush teas from Pasabong I have tasted, they are exceptional and delicious. Old Style First Flush Black Tea is a fully oxidized First Flush that now nobody produces, cause 99% first flush teas from that area are vivid green and light. It’s the tea with style of First Flushes from the past 20-30 years ago.

Taste: malt, ripe fruits, raisins and spicy muscatel notes.

Product Description

Temperature of water and amount of leaves: 100 C. 2,5-3,5g/100ml

Suggested brewing method: as you wish. I recommend “european”, longer steeping times like 1:30-2:00 min, and each next infusion a little bit longer.
