Experimental micro-batch of white tea produced in organic garden famous from making Bi Luo Chun green tea.

Amazing white tea. To describe it precisely I would say this tea is something between Oriental Beauty oolong, Nepalese white tea and smooth first flush Dajreeling black tea.

Leaves are quite dark. They were dried in natural environment that allowed them to oxidize in such charming way.

When brewing, this tea will bring you notes of flowers, citruses and honey.

You will find here also some stone fruits notes – peaches and apricots.

Beautiful leaves with high amount of tiny spring buds.

Origin: San Xia, New Taipei, Taiwan

Harvest: early April 2022

Tea cultivar: Qing Xin Da Pan

Temperature of water and amount of leaves: 90-100 C 3-6/100ml., It’s really nice tea to experiment with water temperature and amount of the leaves.

We like tu use 4g for 100ml teapot.
