Temperature of water and amount of leaves: 70 to even 90 C 2,5-3,5g/100ml., It’s really nice tea to experiment with water temperature.

Finding good Long Jing is not the hardest task. But finding good Long Jing that meets EU restrictions is not easy. We found it.
Our Long Jing comes from Xin Chang, birthplace of so-called Da Fo Long Jing.
Xin Chang is the second most important area producing Long Jing, after Xi Hu / Shi Feng area.
Vivid, juicy and sweet. Nutty and buttery. Very good green tea.
