A very high-quality shincha from Yame, produced from the Tsuyuhikari cultivar.
This is the most aromatic and sweet shincha in our range.
The aroma features notes of citrus and flowers, and the brew itself, whilst perhaps less ‘umami’ and dense than Shincha Saemidori, is very crisp and fresh.
Notes of cut grass blend perfectly with the floral and fruity taste profile of this tea.

The 50g packs were packaged in Japan. When you order a 25g sample, you will receive the tea in our own zip-lock bag (vacuum-sealed).

Cultivar: 100% Tsuyihikari
Temperature of water and amount of leaves: 60-65. C. First infusion should be like 50 sec to 1:30 min. 2nd and 3rd, please do very short, not longer than 20 sec. In traditional brewing method you can easily use like 5-6g for 100 ml teapot. For more casual brewing 7g for 250 ml is fine.
