This tea is was chosen as a the best Baozhong of 2026 by the family we work with for years.
It’s the highest grade of “modern” version of Baozhong oolong in our humble offer. Strong, young (they re quite small) and healthy leaves of Qing Xin bush show subtle signs of oxidation and bring highly aromatic liquor.
First infusions are full blooming black elderberry, grassy and orchid notes – slightly similar that you can find in Tieguanyin oolong and high mountain Taiwanese oolong. Hints of umami / sea salt are here too!
Later infusions go into more fruity side of tea – with pleasant notes of pineapple and grapes(especially in the aftertaste) and honey dew.
Some dryness and astringency is also here when you infuse it for longer time.

Optymalna temperatura wody oraz ilość liści: 100 st C 5-7g/100ml.
Sugerowane metody zaparzania: porcelanowy gaiwan lub gliniany czajniczek o niewielkiej pojemności. Rozgrzane wcześniej naczynie wypełniamy liśćmi, a następnie zalewamy napar wrzątkiem. Pierwsze zaparzenie, odbywa się przy użyciu wrzącej wody i powinno trwać bardzo krótko – ok 20 sekund. Proponujemy czas kolejnych parzeń stopniowo wydłużać o 5-10 sekund. Istotne, aby na każdym etapie przygotowywania herbaty podziwiać jej aromat pozostający przez długi czas w opróżnionej czarce czy na pokrywce gaiwana.
