After 10 years since we started TheTea.pl we have finally found authentic, old style and clean from pesticides Long Jing from Shi Feng (Lion’s Peak) which is the most renowned terroir of Long Jing production.
Our Long Jing comes from organic garden where pesticides were not use since early 2000’s.
It’s also made from the one of the best cultivars for Long Jing – Long Jing #43 (used as often as oldest Qunti Zhong)
Taste profile: chestnuts, nuts, cereals, juicy grass, some flowers.
Texture is thick and essential. Aftertaste is simply amazing: it last so long and fills palate with very good sweetness.
