Organic matcha made in Uji, historic capital of matcha!

Although Uji city is famous from matcha production, it’s very hard to find organic leaves in this area. But we did!

Sweet and well balanced matcha with rich umami and very sweet milky, creamy aroma.

You will find here notes of fresh cut grass, flowers, gentle buttery and creamy nuances combined with medium bitterness that turns quickly into sweet aftertaste.

Fresh and well balanced – excellent for matcha latte and other drinks but we recommend drinking it saute as usucha.

Description

Please consume within few weeks after opening. Before opening, you can keep the tea in the fridge. But before you open the bag, let the tea rest in room temperature for at least few hours. After that, keep in room temperature.
