Excellent matcha from Hoshino, Yame
For us: it’s high quality basic, but such grade is usually offered in Europe as “ceremonial”.
Fresh and well balanced – excellent for matcha latte and other drinks but drinking it saute as usucha is also totally fine!
We drink as usucha.
Taste profile: white chocolate, nuts, butter cookies, balanced umami and low bitterness.
Origin: Hoshino, Yame, Fukuoka, Japan
