Matcha with amazing price/quality ratio.
Comes from organic gardens located in Kirishima, Isagawa and Miyazaki.
Made by famous producer Osada Seicha.
Stone ground batch!
Fresh and well balanced – excellent for matcha latte and other drinks but drinking it saute as usucha is also totally fine!
Rather low bitterness and well pronounced umami.
Leaves were moderately roasted before being ground that’s why this tea shows interesting milky and chocolate like taste profile.
Origin: blend od leaves from Shizuoka (Isagawa), Miyazaki and Kagoshima (Kirishima)
Cultivar: blend of different cultivars
Packed in 100g zip-lock bag
Matcha was ground in December 2025.
