Our basic matcha we offer also for cafes and restaurants.
For us: it’s high quality basic, but such grade is usually offered in Europe as “ceremonial”.
Fresh and well balanced – excellent for matcha latte and other drinks but drinking it saute as usucha is also totally fine!
Low bitterness and well pronounced umami.
Origin: Shizuoka, Japan
Cultivar: Yabukita (sometimes with additions of Okumidori and Saemidori to keep the blend stable through the whole year)

Matcha we offer arrives in small, regular deliveries each month. That’s why we offer you freshly grinded matcha, not older than 2 months from grinding.
