Wonderful traditional matcha with high roasting level.
Stone ground – annual production of Mori Yabukita matcha does not exceed 150 kg! We were able to get around 10 kg only.
It comes from Mori in Shizuoka and it was produced by Osada Seicha with cooperation of roasting master mr. Sakuya.
Taste profile: mil chocolate, butter cookies, cocoa nibs, nuts, roasted nori seaweed, sesame oil.
This is strong and thick matcha that can be appreciated both by newbies and advanced matcha drinkers.
Origin: Morimachi, Shizuoka, Japan
Cultivar: 100% Yabukita
