100% 1st spring harvest (ichibancha). Made from few cultivars with biggest amount of Okumidori.
Taste profile: strong fruity aroma dominated by the citrus notes, frresh green grass and fruity sweetness. Also creamy and nutty notes. Low level of bittenress.
